Uses FSRS-6, the same scheduler model and defaults as current Anki. Each card's memory stability and difficulty update after every review.
Settings
Desired retention
Chance you still remember a card when it comes due. Higher = more reviews. 85–90% is the usual sweet spot.
"Again" comes back in
"Hard" waits at least
Hard cards no longer repeat the same day. They get a short gap, scaled by FSRS.
Maximum interval
Cap before the exam. Set it to the number of days until your OSCE so nothing is scheduled past it.

Charts
Forgetting curve: memory decays after each review; the card comes due when it crosses your retention line. Each successful review makes the curve flatter.
Workload vs retention: reviews per day needed (relative to 90%). It climbs steeply above ~92%.

Personalize (Optimize)
Fits the 21 FSRS parameters to your own review history, like Anki's Optimize button. Run it every few weeks once you have 400+ reviews.
